Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. We use SSL hosting which provides encryption to secure all the purchases done through our website.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) registered to a US address. You can also pay through Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept international cards and are unable to process transactions under a prepaid card.

Additionally, we accept cashier's checks or money orders if an American financial institution issues it. Please note your product will be shipped out after we received a notice from our bank that you check has been cleared. This method will delay your shipment. We strongly recommend using credit card for instant financial processing.

What is your transaction policy?

Total amount for your purchase (cost of the product+ shipping+ sales tax) is due at the time your place your order. Sales are final after shipment has left our distribution center. Global dental shop LLC reserves the right to hold orders until credit card information can be confirmed or verified.

What happens if my credit card payment is declined?

If your purchase is a one-time order, the most common reason is your shipping and billing addresses are not matching. Due to security setting by our credit card processor, yours billing and shipping addresses should match.

If the payment for your subscription renewal of a consumable declined, our system will automatically continue attempting to collect payment several more times. Also, the system will generate an email to remind you updating the payment information. If we are unable to continue the billing attempts, your subscription status will show “Paused”.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be billed for your first delivery the day that you subscribe to a consumable product (unless otherwise stated - while supplies last). Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the day before your next shipment scheduled, per your subscription term.

Why was I billed taxes for my order?

Because of tax laws, Virginia residents are required to pay state sales taxes.

How can I change my payment information?

Change your payment info by following these easy steps:

· Step 1: Visit

· Step 2: Click "Login" and log in using your email address/password.

· Step 3: Click "Manage my account" on right panel.

· Step 4: Click "View details" and locate "Payment information" section.

· Step 5: Click "Edit" and enter your updated card information.
